    EnerCera battery can withstand the reflow soldering and other high-temperature processes. EnerCera Coin, a semi-solid-state battery, has a capacity reduction of 30% or less even after stored at 105℃ for 1000 hrs in the fully-charged state that is most susceptible to deterioration.

    Despite its ultra-compact and thin profile, EnerCera battery has 50 to 100% higher capacity than the conventional rechargeable batteries, allowing to reduce the battery charging cycle by two-thirds, or even half.

    EnerCera battery with its internal resistance to be half of that of conventional rechargeable batteries of comparable size, making them suitable power source for wireless communication applications, such as BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), LPWA (Low-Power Wide-Area Network) and cellular application, with power consumption to be in the order of tens to hundreds of milliamps.

Features

A coin type battery which can be mounted on circuit boards using reflow soldering. The battery can be charged at constant voltage, thereby eliminating the need for a charger IC. Expected product life is 10 years.
